Viesturs Vīksna

Viesturs Vīksna, a manager and a senior consultant, has graduated Faculty of Medicine from the Tartu University and completed an international 4-year study and training program in Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia. He has also completed a number of MBA program courses. Viesturs has been working in executive search since 1996. He established ARIKO ReServ office in Latvia in 2001. Most of his assignments have been in Life Sciences and Consumer Goods.

Viesturs speaks Latvian, Russian, English and Estonian languages.

Anita Āboltiņa

Anita has Master degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Latvia and MBA from Riga Business School. Anita works as a personnel search and selection consultant since 2001. She joined ARIKO ReServ in 2003.

Anita works mainly with sales and marketing positions, especially in FMCG industry, as well as with financial positions.

Anita speaks Latvian, Russian and English.

Ieva Riekstiņa

Ieva has finished the University of Latvia with a degree in Business Administration and later has graduated the University of Latvia with a Psychologist qualification. Now she continues her education with MBA studies at Riga Business School. Ieva has 9 years experience working as HR Manager in a production company and large IT company. In 2004 she started her job in ARIKO ReServ.

Ieva has considerable experience in search of HR managers, IT specialists, finance, logistics and technical managers.

Ieva speaks Latvian, Russian and English.

Alla Meņģele

Alla joined ARIKO ReServ in 2003. At the beginning as an assistant, later she became an office manager. She has graduated from the University of Latvia as a teacher of English; later on she has also finished professional program in accounting at the University of Latvia.

Alla provides professional and irreplaceable support in everyday work - starting from responsible work with candidate data base and accounting, ending with hundreds of other small but very important day-to-day duties.

Alla is fluent in Latvian, Russian and English.
