Baltic partners

ARIKO ReServ has especially close contacts with partners in the Baltics: in Estonia – ARIKO ReServ, in Lithuania - J. Friisberg & Partners and PRIMUM ESSE. Successful cooperation with our Lithuanian and Estonian colleagues allows us to implement Pan-Baltic projects. This advantage is keenly taken by international companies working in all three Baltic countries.

Assessio

In 2010 ARIKO ReServ became an official distributor in Latvia for Swedish psychological test company Assessio.

Assessio is one of the leading psychological test publishing houses in the Nordic region. The company has extensive experience in developing and distributing research-based selection and personnel development tools.

Assessio’s history stretches back to 1954, when the Swedish Psychological Society started the business of psychological tests. In 1991 Hunter Mabon, a professor in Personnel Economics at Stocholm University, bought the company and turned it into an international psychological test and HR consultancy company with offices in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and the USA.

PSYCON

In personnel assessment field ARIKO ReServ also cooperates with Finnish company PSYCON, which was founded in 1953 and now is one of the leading Finnish consulting companies specializing in personnel assessment, selection and HR consulting.
