Candidate assessment is an important stage of a full search & selection process; however, ARIKO ReServ offers assessment as a separate service, too.
The aim of personnel assessment is to get an objective and many-sided opinion on employee’s or candidate’s competences.
We offer the following assessment services:
Standard Assessment includes: an interview with a consultant, psychological tests, feedback on test results to a candidate and reference checking.
When assessing we focus on 4 most important issues:
- Competence: is the candidate/employee competent to do the job?
- Motivation: is the candidate/employee willing to do the job?
- Person-Organization fit: will the candidate fit into the team?
- Potential: how will the candidate develop? What kind of an employee he/she will be in future?
We also offer a more extended method for candidate assessment – Assessment Centre.
