Assessment Centre is one of the most accepted management as-sessment methods in the world which is most often used to determine training and development needs.

The objective of Assessment Centre is to identify person’s strengths that can be applied in his/her daily work as well as to reveal limita-tions. This method helps to find out whether existing competences meet company’s requirements and to identify future potential.

The assessment procedure is as close as possible to real life situations in order to get insight of person’s competences in most direct way – from behaviour. The assessment includes different simulation methods – role plays, group discussions, in-tray exercises (analysis of documentation and decision making in a limited time) as well as in-terviews with a consultant and psychological tests.

We use methodology developed by GOWER Assessment Centre (Great Britain).

Assessment Centre can also be used to assess final candidates of a selection process.

Standard Assessment can also be used in management assessment.
