Test programme is specially formed for every client company.

• ARIKO ReServ uses personality test MCT Analysis, developed by the Finnish company Management Consulting and Training. This test is intended for the examination of human factors relevant to the work situations - leadership style, decision making, communication skills, forcefulness, flexibility etc.
• If necessary, several intellect tests are added to the assessment programme.
• In particular cases we use practical tests for assessing certain professional skills, for instance, PC or language skills, business case analysis and presentation skills.
