Matrigma™ is a classic non-verbal cognitive ability test delivered on a modern and secure web based platform. Matrigma™ measures general mental ability and analytical reasoning skills, which are closely related to day-to-day logical problem solving skills, ability to develop new strategies, logical reasoning skills and finding solutions in non-standard situations.

The test has high correlation with effective performance which makes it a unique tool among other selection methods.

The test can be used in candidate selection or assessment for various positions, but most often it is used for high complexity jobs - managers, analysts, finance positions or other positions that require highly developed analytical reasoning skills and high general mental ability.

Matrigma™ test can be used both as a front end decision tool as well as a back end decision tool to get more information on a candidate.

The test can be completed via internet, time limit is 40 minutes.
