The basic personality test we use in our selection and assessment projects is a personality inventory MCT Analysis – a test revealing candidate’s or employee’s typical behaviour patterns in certain work situations. The test can be applied when assessing individual performance as well as performance within group development context.

The test consists of 16 scales divided into 5 groups:

• general objectives;
• management ability;
• problem solving skills;
• social relations;
• temperament scales.

The test feedback includes a test result report displayed in a graph together with an interpretive report prepared by ARIKO ReServ professional consultants. A feedback conversation with a candidate is mandatory.

Thus the test report is always with an extra value added by ARIKO ReServ consultants. The interpretation of the test results is comprehensible not only to a certified psychologist but also to any decision maker without specific psychological background.

MCT Analysis is not sold as an individual item; test results are available only together with an interpretive report prepared by ARIKO ReServ consultants who have received proper training. Turn to ARIKO ReServ assessment services for more information.

The test is available in Latvian, Russian, Estonian and English as well as other European languages. Currently, the test is being adapted into Lithuanian.
