MINT™ is a unique personality test identifying reliable employees and those with a potential risk for counterproductive behaviour. MINT™ measures integrity or potential risk to be dishonest.
MINT™ test is most often used in selection for positions with a potential risk for high losses that can result from employee’s dishonest behaviour, e.g., security officers, employees in retail or banks. The test is administered via internet and can be used for a large group of candidates.
By testing candidates at an early stage it is easier to avoid selecting candidates with a tendency towards counterproductive behaviour: wastage, unauthorised absences, drug abuse, scheming etc.
In the long run, the use of MINT™ test assists companies in attaining higher business results, fewer unauthorised absences, fewer risks of wastage and theft as well as a lower personnel turnover.
The test is available in English and the Nordic languages. Currently, the test is being adapted into Latvian and Russian.
The test is developed by Swedish test company Assessio.
