ServiceFirst™ is a web-based personality test measuring service potential. The test has been developed specifically for occupations with customer contact and is a simple and effective way of finding the right customer service personnel. ServiceFirst™ is a test used as a pre-selection tool in a recruitment process for a large group of candidates to make a front end decision.
ServiceFirst™ test is used in candidate selection for the following positions: customer service specialist, account manager, shop assistant, front desk officer, teller, customer contact centre specialist, customer support service specialist, sales support specialist etc.
ServiceFirst™ test provides the following benefits:
