We use different psychological tests in our selection and assessment projects, choosing the most appropriate for specific assessment purposes.
The basic personality test we use is a personality inventory MCT Analysis - a test developed by Finnish company Management Consulting and Training.
In 2010 ARIKO ReServ became an official distributor in Latvia for psychological tests developed by Assessio – the biggest Swedish psychological test company.
